About My Clients

I specialize in working with survivors of complex trauma/CPTSD, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+, kink, and non-monogamy communities.

My Approach to Helping

I use a holistic, mind-body approach. As a lifelong dancer, I have personally witnessed the transformative power of movement and its ability to facilitate healing. I draw upon from my background as a dance instructor, my upbringing in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and my research on Dance/Movement Therapy in my work. I'm comfortable integrating movement into psychotherapy sessions. This means that we can explore different ways of expressing emotions, strengthen your mind-body connection, and uncover new avenues for self-discovery.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

Drawing upon Liberation Psychology, I take an anti-oppression stance in my practice. I recognize that many individuals face systemic barriers, discrimination, and marginalization that can significantly impact their mental health. This is why I actively fight against oppressive systems to work towards creating a more equitable world. Through our therapeutic work, we will not only focus on healing and resilience but also on the cultivation of joy, pleasure, and the celebration of your unique identity. I am dedicated to helping you reclaim your agency and foster a sense of empowerment and liberation.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
