About My Clients
Do you ever feel like it’s hard to really connect with other people or even with yourself? Maybe it’s tough to speak up about what you need, or you’re always second-guessing your boundaries. Many people I work with are BIPOC, queer & children of immigrants, carrying old pain from relational or childhood trauma. If you’re feeling stuck in patterns of disconnection or shame, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll work toward healing, self-trust, & feeling more at home in your relationships & yourself.
My Background and Approach
With over 10 years of experience, I work with individuals navigating trauma, relational challenges, and struggles with connection and self-trust. I specialize in supporting women, BIPOC and queer folks, often children of immigrants, whose experiences shape how they relate to themselves and others. I take a collaborative, thoughtful approach, starting with a deep understanding of your history and patterns. My goal is not just insight, but meaningful change. Together, we identify what’s no longer serving you, explore the roots of those patterns, and develop practical tools for change. Over time, you can expect to walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself, along with the tools to communicate your needs more assertively, set boundaries that feel aligned, and cultivate relationships that feel more authentic and fulfilling. My role is to walk alongside you in this process, offering guidance, reflection, and support as you move toward a stronger, more connected sense of self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that growth is always possible, even in the aftermath of painful or overwhelming experiences. While our past can shape us, it doesn’t have to define us. With the right support and a sense of safety, it’s possible to move through even our darkest moments and come into a more grounded, connected version of ourselves. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. As someone who actively shows up for my community whether through marches, rallies, or collective action, I deeply value the importance of connection, advocacy, and standing alongside others in times of harm and injustice. I hold a strong commitment to creating a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood in the fullness of your identity and experience. Together, we work not only toward personal healing, but toward helping you feel more empowered, supported, and connected both within yourself and in your relationships and communities.
