Reading this signifies that you acknowledge things need to change. I see people living in “hard mode,” as if they are walking with Lego pieces inside their shoes, feeling stuck, resourceless, or overwhelmed. We strive to walk in those shoes and make it through the day, but sometimes we don’t take a step. Your life doesn’t have to be a daily battle. I would be honored to collaborate with you in your healing journey.
My Background and Approach
I earned a degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, where I worked in collaborative support networks with individuals from ethnically and racially diverse backgrounds and across the sexual orientation and gender identity spectrums. I received my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatry at Vanderbilt University, where I was the sole recipient of the Outstanding Student award within the cohort. Currently, I am finishing the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at Vanderbilt University, completing my doctoral project and elective coursework including, such as LGBTQIA+ Health, to continue to learn about the unique needs of all individuals and communities. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and friends. I enjoy reading, playing video games and musical instruments, yoga, experimenting with coffee and cooking, and repeatedly trying to stop myself from adopting a new pet.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment for individuals seeking mental health care. I strive to build genuine, cooperative partnerships to define and address therapeutic objectives. I revere the uniqueness of each person and honor their authenticity by considering socioeconomic, political, and neurodiverse factors through a trauma-informed and culturally- responsive lens. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care that assesses individuals’ mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
