As human beings we are all faced with stress, anxiety, sadness, trauma, feelings of stagnancy, being lonely, misunderstood and overlooked. We will look at how to address these in a healthy way, restoring hope and happiness along the way.
My Background and Approach
use a Solution Focused and Strength-Based Approach that is real world and practical. Exploring your history, past and present traumatic events and even how you were parented and what your childhood was like (Attachment-Based Therapy) is the key to healthy relationships. I am a big believer in the link between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors and this is where the Cognitive Behavioral Approach comes in. We will work together to target the negative or distorted thinking patterns you may have fallen into and change this into a more positive view of looking at things.
