About My Clients

I approach this work from a psychoanalytic lens collaboratively with the goal to help people gain a deeper understanding of their suffering and identify meaning and methods to alleviate pain. I love providing care to students, artists, athletes, healthcare practitioners, first responders, farmers, academics, service industry workers, people who work within the environmental sustainability sector, tech, and people who identify somewhere along the LGBTQ+ continuum.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #126337 with a private psychoanalytic psychotherapy practice in Santa Cruz, California. Weaving a relational insight-oriented lens with art therapy, we can uncover areas of unconscious suffering, root causes, and establish goals for treatment. By increasing our self-understanding and meaning making capacities, we illuminate new perspectives and intentionality. Together, we can co-create effective pathways to integrate that knowledge towards personal growth and inner healing. I'm currently a PhD Student at Pacifica Graduate Institute researching the efficacy of psychoanalytic treatment for depression and suicidality in young adults. I have undergone a focused training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with the Palo Alto Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program (PAPPTP) Two-Year Program and Fellowship Year at the Stanford University Psychiatry Building.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
