I have a trauma-informed and person-centered treatment perspective and utilize an eclectic approach comprised of evidence-based models. I’m here to help provide clients a safe and supportive space to process & explore their experiences, improve their relationships, heal & grow. I utilize evidence-based therapies while remaining eclectic & changing modalities based on the client’s needs & goals. I prioritize building a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship. I am here to listen non-judgmentally, to offer tangible, concrete skills to use in your day-to-day life, and to provide you with a reliable and safe space to feel, think, and explore.
